Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Introduction
This policy applies to Penguin Colony Wiki, an independent fan site. Reading the site does not require an account or payment.
Information and local storage
Your light or dark theme selection is stored locally in your browser. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser storage. We do not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers or registration forms. The hosting provider may process request information needed to deliver pages and maintain security.
Embedded video and external links
The official trailer loads from youtube-nocookie.com only after you click play. Before that, a locally hosted cover is displayed. Playing a video lets the provider process technical information under its own privacy policy. External links lead to independent services with their own policies.
Data use and sharing
We do not sell personal information. If you email us, the information you send is used to respond to your enquiry or review your correction. Hosting, video and email providers may process the information needed to provide those services.
Your choices
You can read the site without playing a video, clear local theme storage, and use browser privacy controls. Contact us about information you have sent by email.
Security and children
No transmission over the internet is guaranteed secure. This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly solicit their personal information.
